I honestly can’t say a single bad thing about Clay Morgan. I was riding my bike when I got hit by an SUV, and he truly went above and beyond for me during one of the hardest times in my life. He didn’t treat me like just another case, he actually cared. He fought to make sure I got the settlement I deserved, and what really stood out to me is that after everything was paid, I still walked away with more than he did. That told me everything I needed to know about his character. His staff is amazing too, they stay on top of everything and keep things moving so you’re not stuck waiting forever. They made the whole process way less stressful than I expected. If you’re trying to figure out who to go with, don’t even waste your time looking around. Clay Morgan is the one. I wouldn’t pick anyone else.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
