An excellent attorney who has successfully handled hundreds of similar cases. Defended an improperly filed case and obtained attorney fees from the plaintiff. Clearly explained what could be done and what should not be considered. When plaintiff did not back off, we filed a case and got it settled, again securing attorney fees from defendant, so my cost was nothing.
A malignant narcissistic attorney that stalked and harassed opposing counsel, abused the legal process, committed forgery and tampered with a government document. Has a history of legal malpractice. Has been reported to law enforcement, the texas state bar and the texas rangers. He is dangerous and severely mentally deranged. He belongs in jail. Do your research.
He is completely incompetent in family law. He manipulates and misguides clients, pushing his own extreme personal opinions and agenda. He consistently oversteps his role, abusing his power and authority. His biased and harmful judgments show a complete lack of impartiality. His communication is unprofessional and dismissive. His unethical conduct has led to him being reported twice to the State Bar. I strongly advise avoiding this attorney at all costs.
We regret working with Mr Weber on our real estate case. Overall, it was a negative experience that cost a lot more money than he initially quoted. I cannot recommend his legal representation to anyone.
