I agree, DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY. Just finished my initial consultation with Christin Cody, and I have to say...a one-star rating is too generous. As a LAWYER, she explains that attorneys are not to represent the law. Hell the first 3 letters in the word Lawyer is LAW. In my meeting, she represented her own best interest and the interest of the opposing attorney. Never once considered what is in the best interest of a "Potential" client. Needless as it is to mention, she DID NOT get my business and should not be in the business of LAW! You would be better off representing yourself - PRO SE!!!
DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY, she up charges and drags cout cases out to benefit her financial means. She quoted us charged us, sat on the case while she delt with her own family affairs then slapped us with an outrageous bill. Almost a year later and still yet to finish a simple divorce. There was no joint property or assets.
This attorney is awful. She never returns calls. She makes fales promises and will even give you an approx court date that doesn’t exist. She even moved her office and didn’t update her client. She makes excuses upon excuses. She even apologized for her behavior and continues to do the same things. BEWARE!!!!!!
