Charles E. Cantu was hired by St. Mary University’s as a full-time law professor in 1966. At the time, he was considered the youngest law professor in the United States as well as the first Hispanic to hold this type of position.
While Cantu served on St. Mary University’s faculty, he wrote extensively in the area of product liability and was published in some of the most prestigious law reviews in the country. In addition, he contributed to the meaning of the term “product” in the Keeton, Owen, Montgomery and Green casebook, Products Liability and Safety, Cases and Materials, published by Foundation Press.
Today, Cantu holds the Of Counsel position at DC&M and confines his practice exclusively to mediation. Cantu earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of Texas and Juris Doctor at St. Mary’s University.
Mr. Cantu practices exclusively as a Mediator.
