Founding Attorney Gary J. Barton spent the first years of his legal career as a felony prosecutor — first in New Mexico, where he tried death penalty and homicide cases, and then as a Bexar County Felony Assistant District Attorney. He became the youngest prosecutor in Texas history to lead a Major Crimes Unit, handling nothing but Capital Murder and Murder prosecutions. He has since tried more than 100 cases to jury verdict across Texas and New Mexico.
When Gary crossed to the defense side, he brought all of it with him.
