Id hire her again if I could. .....
Ms. Lozano is what you hope and pray for in an attorney when you are forced to go to Legal Aid. She is aggressive in the courtroom, and kind to her clients. She helped me secure a good custody arrangement for my kids and looked out for my best interests in the divorce proceedings. She made certain to get things I didn't even think about needing written into the decree. Wonderful lawyer & wonderful person.
She was slow in acting upon my telling her about my ex-husband. We had to bring forth proof that he was an unfit father and that I should be awarded custody of my 2 minor children. I told her repeatedly about a counselor we had seen that she should try to get the medical records. She did not act upon this. I had to go with her closer to the court date and drive around to look for the counselors and as it turns out the medical records we were able to obtain were very instrumental in our case.
