Everyone at the firm was super helpful. My lawyer, Lissette Marin is very professional and proactive. She informed me of what I should expect throughout the process at an almost surprising level. She took the time to answer ALL my questions before my naturalization interview day. In addition, during my interview with the immigration officer Mrs. Marin was very knowledgeable and made me feel extreme secure. I would recommend her and her firm in a heartbeat.
Staff are very unprofessional never got to met actual lawyer and my paralegal who went with me to the citizenship questionin highly unprofessional. When we had a problem going on they just wanted money they didn’t even care to solve it just cared about the card number and scared us into thinking I would be kicked out of the country then I went ahead and solved it myself and nothing happened. Don’t ever recommend it
Communication of information was horrible. Received varying answers for things from different people within the firm. Was charged for something I should not have been. They guaranteed our original documents would be given back to us and the USCIS still has them.
Pésima atención, seguimiento y conocimiento del caso... semanas pidiendo que el abogado Lozano se contacte conmigo y nada... mi caso esta inconcluso con tiempos mucho mas largos y procesos muy diferentes a los que inicialmente me dijeron. Muy difícil hablar con alguien en el despacho que pueda darme buena atención.
