Mr. Adam Poncio

Adam and his family are wonderful. I experienced an issue involving my termination from a prior employer. My initial legal representation was incredibly slow, minimally communicative, and located out-of-town. After doing my due diligence in researching a firm local to SA, I ended up switching to Poncio Law to get some movement on my case: he had it resolved to my benefit within a few months. Great guy, super friendly, and very helpful. Hopefully I'll never need to leverage his services again, but you can bet he'll be the first person I'm calling if I do.

Mr. Poncio was extremely knowledgeable about procedures in Texas. When it came down to applying the processes surrounding Wrongful Termination Litigation Mr. Poncio maintained a high quality of service & did not once falter even though the company we were fighting had three high priced lawyers to fight my one pro bono lawyer! I am posting this in hopes that no one else has to endure this type of service. Several years of enduring missed appointments, no updates or returned phone calls, no preparedness or even review of my material before meeting with mediators etc. His staff did not even inform me of mediation days and I was left last minute to call in. The staff even forgot to conference me on because they claimed to have lost my contact number. This was a complete nightmare that seemed to never end. Please find someone else to help you with your EEOC claim, you deserve more!!

PLEASE trust the reviews! I REGRET not listening to the reviews! As an Iraq Veteran, I trust my enemies at war more than I do this law firm. Adam Poncio met me for less than 10 minutes during my "initial" consultation, just to collect my money, but he NEVER saw me again afterward. He never even accept ANY of my phone calls! He allowed me to suffer alone and treated me like a thorn in his neck. I felt like he did not even like the color of my skin. It sickens me to know that others are trusting this man for "discrimination" cases when he is the one we should ALL be protected from!

I attempted work with Mr. Poncio. First he was responded to my contact form on his website. I explained the situation he requested a document and I provided what I had. His office reached out once but never heard back. Sent an email and Mr. Poncio wanted to visit at 2:30. Given COVID I didn’t think in his office would happen so wait for zoom or something. We missed each other so I emailed him again he suggested we talk on Thursday. I agreed with it but no time was set. I figured I would get a call and never did. It was was a waste of my time. I would avoid if communication is something you are seeking.
