NO PUNISHMENT OR JAIL TIME FOR LYING, TORMENTING AND STEALING SOUTH CAROLINA ATTORNEYS. WHY NOT? My family had 110 acres of farmland in Saluda, SC which they had happily owned since 1917. In 2014, a group of lying, tormenting and stealing attorneys, including Atty. Billy C. Coleman (Saluda, SC), Atty. Kathy O. Rush (Saluda, SC), Atty. Christian G. Spradley (Saluda, SC) and Atty. Henrietta Gill (Leesville, SC) outright stole & then sold our family's property for their own self-profit.
