With a long criminal record and a pair of new felonies, I needed a lawyer who could "walk on water." With Mr. Xaiz as my front man, I was able to hide behind his years of expertise and more important his impeccable reputation at the courthouse. Mr. Xais is a man of his word, and someone to look up to, even if you are on the other side of the law. When it was all said and done even I felt like I was "walking on water," as I floated right out of the courtroom with a very reasonable resolution.
Mr. Xaiz is very professional. He is the smartest man I know. I would seek his help for any case. He has helped me over and over, and I thoroughly trust him without a doubt. He is punctual, well-known in his profession, thought highly of in and out of his profession. I wouldn't refer any one to another lawyer. I have total faith in Mr. Xaiz. He is a joy to be around even in such horrific circumstances. If you are lucky enough to have Mr. Xaiz take your case, you are in very good hands.
I retained Earl Xias 3 weeks before my first court appearance. In those 3 weeks he never once called me or returned my calls. On the day of court a I saw him in his vehicle in the parking lot of the courthouse so I went to talk to him. He was going over my paperwork and said he needs time to read the paperwork so just to wait inside for him. I don't know if he was so dismissive of me because I'm female or if he just had too many clients,.. I don't know. I walked away crying. He came into the court hearing very unprepared having not once talked to me other than when I retained him. Turns out he had never talked to anyone involved in the case either. Another attorney recommended I let Xias go and gave me the name of an attorney who was FANTASTIC (James Bradshaw) and a great communicator, who actually worked the case. Xias should not be taking people's money. I truly believe any good reviews are posted only by him. Another atty once described Xias as "shooting from the hip". He's horrible
He is only interested in plea bargaining; he is afraid, unwilling or plain incompetent to do his duty to investigate and defend his client.
