We sold our Sandy condo, For Sale by Owner, since we didn't have much equity. We called the law firm for help in what we needed to do during the process. We were on the phone with the Real Estate attorney for 50 minutes learning the process to get started and to be successful. He gave us the links we needed to download the disclosure forms to review. He told us to feel free to call him back during the process. It was such a great peace of mind during the whole experience!!
He took a retainer up front that was very reasonable and when the adoption was over, he actually sent me a check for the difference!{para}Our adoption involved two states so it was more complicated than some, he walked us through every step and there was not a single problem. It actually went through faster than any of us expected!!{para}Tracy Olson did a great job for our family and we are grateful. We highly recommend Mr. Olson.
I was so scared with contacting a lawyer because of all the horror stories you hear but this lawyer was amazing! He answered all my questions before I had even decided to hire him for my workers compensation claim, he has also helped me with my SSDI questions even though they didn't pertain to my work comp claim. He actually seems to care and I can always get ahold of him. I don't care what kind of legal issues I have later in life, if he handles those types of cases I am definitely going to him!
Tracy did an awesome job. Without his help, my employer would have been able to violate the law and get away with it. Also, I would have had to pay back unemployment checks that I had already spent. He was very prepared and did a great job.
Tracy Olsen is extremely personable, by this I mean he doesn't talk above you with legal mumbo, jumbo. He truly cares and you know he will do what is best for you and your situation.
I never feel like I have to wait for him to have time to respond to my emails or questions. It like having the kind of attorney in your corner you see on those TV shows. Yes, they really do exist.
