You’d think with his background of Groton, Harvard and University of Chicago Law School that Sean would be formal and unapproachable. In actuality Sean is really an average guy who loves the Beatles and baseball and he talk about legal issues comprehensibly to anyone regardless of background. What has always impressed me is that Sean can zero in on the real legal issues at stake very quickly. In another case I sustained legal injury from a former business associate who owed me and others a lot of money. In order to avoid paying, they filed for bankruptcy. Sean’s ability and knowledge and the relationship he built with the Trustee resulted in me getting money back. Finally, any prospective client should consider the outcome of Hudgens v. Prosper. Hudgens was an employee who - as part of a leadership training program at work - was actually water boarded. Hudgens retained Sean as counsel and sued and ultimately settled. I would definitely recommend Sean!
