My practice is focused on the following areas:Criminal Defense: I defend adults and juveniles who have been accused of crimes. I have experience as both a prosecutor and a public defender. I have handled literally thousands of criminal cases. I am passionate about defending the rights of my clients and the rights guaranteed to us all under our Constitution.Family Law: Divorce and custody cases are intensely emotional. I have been through it in my own life and understand how difficult it is. It is always my goal to attempt to reach a resolution as amicably and cost effectively as possible, but I also fight aggressively for the best interests of my clients.Mediation: I am a qualified mediator.

Hired Attorney Mr. Scott E Williams

We used Scott's help in a family custody matter concerning my sons' grandparents. Scott was incredibly helpful. He was knowledgeable and also had a great sense of humor which was really needed and helped us feel comfortable and trusting in him. We keep his number on hand and he is the only attorney we will ever use again if we can help it.
