I believe any upcoming legal case no matter what the situation is can feel quite similar to living in your own personal nightmare. To be honest, I was nervous about being gay and having these legal troubles in the state of Utah and being able to find an open-minded attorney/firm that wouldn't see me being in a same-sex marriage as a detriment. No matter what your situation is or how your living arrangements are, it is always scary that your diversity will be judged or you will be treated differently than a more traditional family. This is when Schmidt and Gladstone, in particular, Stacey Schmidt, came into my life. I wrote her an email and explained my joint custody situation and asked if she would be open to help. She immediately came across confidant and knowledgeable about my rights and assured me that she could and would represent me. I found that she knows the Utah laws and always ensured me of my rights, but explained strategies that would benefit me in the long run. She included my wife by addressing her as my spouse and never forgetting her needs and concerns as well. Her paralegal Nikki always was respondent immediately to any questions or concerns I had. She did all the paperwork efficiently and helped walk me through the process. Nikki has a very calming nature which can instantly set your mind at ease. Stacey and Nikki don’t drag you through the gory details or the difficulties of your case, they let you sit back and try to relax (if you can). They have been so amazing to me and my spouse that we have elected to have them on retainer for the next 10+years, for any needs that may arise.
As probably anyone knows that going through the court system can be a daunting and terrifying experience because the outcome is unknown, but when someone hands you a punch, have Schmidt and Gladstone fire back with their grenade. I have realized legal issues are a game of chess and Stacey's strategic moves will insure you to have a successful "CHECK MATE". {para}Five stars doesn't seem like enough.
Chad's knowledge, experience, and expertise was the #1 reason I won my case so heavily. I visited with several different lawyers before selecting him, and am so glad I did. I worked with him for almost 3 years, and he was constantly impressing me. I highly recommend him!
Stacy Schmidt handled some family law issues for me. I would not recommend her. She didn't listen and her work was sloppy. The problems were continuous and resulted in embarrassing and ineffectual representation. During phone conversation she was clearly not paying attention or was doing something else, though she was certainly billing. Documents were submitted in my name without input from me, and in one case, with a completely wrong name. Stacy was one very expensive bad choice.
I pray, that whoever can read this will help STOP the Unscrupulous Money Hungry, exploitative Monster, called Stacey Schmidt. DISBARMENT needed for the crooked ethicless Lawyer! Many of her victims either took their own lives, or succumbed to alcohol and drugs, in a direct result of vicious attacks by Schmidt. Governed by NO ethics and just a desire to profit and win at any cost, she has been and continues to FABRICATE FALSE affidavits, claims, arrest warrants, to FALSELY accuse innocent MOTHERS, destroying the lives of both INNOCENT CHILDREN AND THEIR LOVING MOTHERS. Specifically in My Case, Schmidt engaged in the following crimes: Created MULTIPLE CRIMINAL CASES out of Civil Court dispute, Fabricated FBI and Police Docss - then got them signed by FBI agents and Police as IF they authored them (for a FEE, SEXUAL FAVORS &/or other) Fabricated the “declaration from my daughter” that my daughter NEVER wrote, the Support Doc Schmidt used to support my Arrest is FABRICATED BY Schmidt.
I would not recommend the services of Stacey Schmidt.
I received horrible advice, spent an extreme amount of money and was forced into signing a decree that is causing long term effects on me and my children's lives.
