Hired Law Firm

The firm of Magleby and Greenwood, and in particular Mr. Christopher Von Maack, have been absolutely the finest and most professional of any experienced legal team I have ever been associated with. Mr. Von Maack is beyond the description of excellence. His dedication and commitment to my case cannot adequately be described in this short review. Amazing. The quality of his (and the entire team's) litigation is beyond compare. It is an honor to call him my attorney, my advocate and my friend.

Hired Attorney Mr. James Magleby

We were plaintiffs in a Trade Secret case involving some very complex technology. We chose Jim to represent us because he was highly recommended by business associates in the Salt Lake Valley. Jim came up to speed quickly on our technology and as a result of his efforts we won a $10 Million judgment after a 2-week jury trial. One of the best comments about Jim came from an opposing attorney who reluctantly admitted that Jim "Mashed [the defendants] into Peanut Butter." I completely agree.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
