Larsen Larsen Nash & Larsen is a law firm established in 1987 with an office in Salt Lake City, UT. At this office location, there are 5 lawyers practicing criminal defense, domestic violence, other alcohol offenses and 33 other areas of law.
This was my 1st time dealing with any kind of criminal charge & legal proceedings. I was nervous & confused about what may happen & how it all works.. Bruce took his time to explain it all to me in a way in which I understood & what i could expect. He was kind, respectful & very patient with me. He worked out a deal on my behalf that to my surprise & delight was very acceptable & much better than expected. He really made an effort to make me feel that I was important & that my case mattered.
Mr. Larsen and his staff are extremely responsive and professional to work with in preparing and presenting legal proceedings. At the same time they always knew my name, what my issues were and the status of my case.
Joshua Larsen does "everything" possible to avoid representing his clients threatening to call police on them if they attempt to hand him probative evidence. He makes promises he refuses to enact, lies repeatedly, cons the prosecutor, threatens clients to withdraw from their cases (illegal as a public defender) if asked to honor what he previously pretentiously agreed, cancels hearings over & over to intimidate clients to cower or give up, states he learned all his stunts from his father (Bruce Larsen), is impudent, lies in court, doesn't show up, blames his atty brother, tries covering up or diverting by saying his father attends the Temple, offers diversion agreement-bogus disguise for a conviction (innocent individuals don't need/accept), draws cases out 1.5 yrs if client doesn't bow to conviction, deceitful all the way. As public defender, all he will perform is a conviction.
