Lazy, ill prepared and a poor communicator. Doesn't return phone calls until days later, if at all. Billing is unclear with explained costs. Seems not to have much reputational respect from her peers. Cites inappropriate case law. Long history with the Office of Professional Conduct. Big mistake on my part and a waste of money. Not recommended. I should have written this long ago.
My business hired Kelly Ann Booth. She was an awful attorney whose defining characteristic was dishonesty; falsely claiming to have done work that she didn’t do. Kelly Ann was so apathetic, inept and negligent that she ruined our case, causing significant financial damage to many people. We filed a complaint against her with the Utah State Bar and on March 6th 2017 her law license was suspended for professional misconduct. She's now on probation. Don't risk your case - use someone else.
