Bills I was never sent. I have asked for copies of the bills. I have asked over the phone. I have asked in writing. I have asked in my court response. I have filed a CFPB complaint. They refuse to provide me a copy of the supposed bill I owe. Fair billing laws require someone to be sent a bill if payment is expected. Deceptive - They lied in their response to the CFPB. There are going to be a lot of disgruntled defendants and it is only natural that they will have a low rating because of this. But if you are considering hiring them, take into account the way they treated me, and ask yourself if you want your custome
