Mr. Edward K Brass

Ed Brass and his partner Kim Cordova represented me back in 2010 for a combined state and federal sex crime. They represented me in both cases because my assigned state lawyer was absolutely useless. They were able to get me the lowest time possible and helped get me reasonable release conditions as well. Very happy with the service they provided.

Ed Brass is by far one of the most honest and caring people I know. I was in a situation that could have gotten me federal time. Ed was relentless in his pursuit of justice. Because of his knowledge of the law and willingness to fight for me, he got a dismissal. This is extremely rare in the federal system and gives you just a glimpse of what he's capable of. They are the best! The difference between Ed and other lawyers is obvious! He is amazing my life was on the line and I'd trust him 100 more times! He got all charges DISMISSED! No one seemed to care about the truth until he and Ms. Cordova got involved. Had a different attorney and switched to Brass because the other seemed to be just playing the game with the prosecution. I discussed the retainer agreement with Mr Brass in his office and paid his retainer fee. FOUR months later after he had already been representing me I received a written fee agreement (which was first sent to me from Mr Brass with a different client's name and information on it). The fee agreement was not at all consistent with what he had told me. Disrespectful, dishonest, no regard for justice. He has no sympathy, only concerns for being paid and winning. Truly a shame that he lacks the kind of noble character that we should be able to find when dealing with our justice system.
