Hired Attorney

I have never had an observation of such ineffective performance. She struggles with basic understanding of statute and code that should be fundamental to first year law student. She becomes obstructive and self preserving when she errors instead of being open minded to concepts that are outside her knowledge level. She routinely ignores facts that are mathematically incontrovertible.

This commenter's identity is known to the Labor Commission. She is not a client, but a pro se non-lawyer party in one of the Wage Claim Unit's cases who is unhappy with the ALJ's decision. We have notified her several times of her appeal rights.
