My husband has been with UPS for 30 years. I’ve had to utilize legal services through Russ Monahan on a few occasions over the years, and felt like his services were mediocre at best. But today when I ask for assistance with my primary residence HOA, concerning a matter of my neighbors light post being connected to my power bill, and the only $2 credit home owners have received for the last 25 years without cost of living increases, Russ told me that it wasn’t a legal matter and hung up on me. I am in shock at his unprofessionalism as an Utah Idaho Teamster Attorney. There have been a few issues over the years that I’ve had with Russ, but I kept quiet and allowed him to disrespect me. Overall, pass on considering him as your attorney. Extremely disrespectful to have hung up on me. Never again will I allow an attorney to treat me the way he has.
