About Ms. Chelsey E Phippen

Chelsey’s practice centers on negotiation and settlement of Federal and State tax liabilities for both individuals and businesses. She has successfully settled hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of outstanding tax debt. Other areas of her practice involve tax planning, small business formation, asset protection and estate planning.

Chelsey has also served as a consultant in securing Federal Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credits and in listing historic properties on the National Historic Register.

Chelsey is a native of Northern Utah. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and three young children. She is also a quilter and enjoys cooking and entertaining.
