Brown, Bradshaw & Moffat, LLP is a law firm established in 1998 with an office in Salt Lake City, UT. At this office location, there are 4 lawyers practicing criminal law, appellate practice, assault and battery and 22 other areas of law.
I was recommended to reach out to Jim Bradshaw and at the time I had a public defender and responded that day with a phone call then I went to meet with him in person and he believed in me and my case took on my case with his fellow attorney Kristin they were remarkable. If you’re seeking assistance for a pardon, there is no other attorney greater than Mike Holjie. He was so responsive to all of my correspondence, so committed to me feeling empowered, consistently affirmed that he believed in me, and relied on the wealth of knowledge and experience of his law partners when he was unsure (single-handedly built trust). A Utah trooper seized 100K in cash (after they skimmed a few grand off the top for themselves) and Jim was able to get 90% back in a settlement with the state about 3-4 months later. He could have gotten 100%, but he let me know that Utah would drag their feet for a year knowing that they didn't have a case as Jim had identified some things that invalidated the search (dog hitting on the car with a back window that was cracked open). Great guy, would work with him again and would recommend him.

I came to Mike Holje with a multi-faceted case and I found Mike to be responsive, personable, and effective. What I asked him to accomplish is what he produced even though it required some personal intervention with the city/county prosecutors to get the desired result. Would definitely use him again.
