Barbara Melendez helped us processing our TN Visa in 2014 and it was a great experience. Later on she guided us with the PERM Process and we received our green cards this week. She was amazing and her knowledge and experience are invaluable. She is an amazing person and a wonderful attorney! We will be forever grateful to her and her team for helping our family in our process.

We went to Barbara Melendez after our case received a Notice to Deny. She sat down with us and reviewed every document and explained how we could answer to attempt to save the case. We hired her to represent us and she prepared such a detailed response. Months went by and we waited hoping the case would be approved. Then we got a call from her office that they had just received the approval and a month later we had our green card. It was such a great relief! We were very please.

Hired Attorney Barbara V. Melendez

I hired Barbara 18 mo. ago to represent us with immigration and bring my wife to the US. She was very helpful and knowledgable. She sat down answered all of our questions and face timed my spouse and explained everything to her as well. She detailed what to expect and what was required. She would often respond to our emails and even in texts in order to respond to my wife's concerns about the process. Finally she is here with her green card and we couldn't be happier. Thank you.

Hired Attorney Barbara V. Melendez

We hired Barbara last year to help us through the K1 visa process, and it was a terrible experience. Throughout the process, the unprofessional behavior and inattention to detail displayed by Barbara and her staff was astounding. I would give an exact summary, but the character limit for this review is 500. I would advise anyone who is considering hiring Barbara’s team to seek the second opinion of another immigration lawyer.
