I didn't work with one of the main lawyers but a woman helped me and she continued to contact me and keep me in the loop on the case. It was expensive, but they were very nice, helpful and kind.
I hired Mr Phillips as my immigration attorney in 2010. While Michael himself was knowledgeable, the case was given to a paralegal who managed to have the paperwork rejected by USCIS twice. I requested to cease the representation and wrote them twice, followed-up with a phone call and multiple voice mails trying to get them to return my documents and the portion of the unused portion of the fees (work that was never started). I never got any response. I DO NOT recommend the services of this firm.
