We would like to take this opportunity to leave a review of Attorney Kimberly Ferranti. Kim served as a court appointed guardian for our mother . Our family was extremely grateful for the professional advocacy and guidance that she provided. She had a firm grasp and complete understanding of our mother's complex medical needs and made sound judgements in her care, all while navigating through challenging family dynamics. Kim was an excellent communicator and possessed great compassion. She truly cared about our mother's well-being! If you have been assigned Kimberly by the court or have hired her to oversee the care of your loved one, consider yourself very fortunate. She is a gem.
Please do NOT use Kim Ferranti for lawyer. Absolutely do not use her for a guardian over your loved one. I wish we would have had people who cared enough along the way, from a lawyer who didn't want to fight for us and gave us her name to the judge in Rockingham court who should never had our case. unfortunately for my mother who died while Kim was her guardian, did minimal to nothing to help. She was great at taking her share of money every month from my mother...stay clear of her!!!!
