I am an out of state driver, contacted by direct mail after receiving a speeding ticket. I drove to his office and paid him cash, in person. His office looks a lot like his website, disheveled, unprofessional .They only contacted me once, I could not understand the person calling, who obviously did not use English as their primary language.
