Ralph Guenther’s practice concentrates on personal bankruptcy matters. He attended California State University, Northridge, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Finance in 1983, and received his legal education at the University of California, Davis, graduating with a Juris Doctor degree in 1986. He was admitted to the bar in 1986, and has more than 30 years of experience specializing in bankruptcy law through his firm Guenther Law Group.
Mr. Guenther is a member of the California State Bar and is admitted to practice before all of the federal courts in California. He has also served on the Bankruptcy Liaison Committee for the Northern District of California and is currently the Chairman of the Chapter 13 Committee for the San Jose Division.
Mr. Guenther has appeared in bankruptcy cases throughout California, as well as in Arizona and Texas. He has also argued appellate cases before the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
