Hired Attorney

He does communicate. He won't respond to a phone call. I have to fax his partners office to get him to call me and when he finally does, I usually have to talk to his paralegal. She is rude as hell. He doesn't care that I can't work and that I have a family. He just wants to get his money. He won't take payments but he expects me to. He won't fight for me. He accepted a settlement without my knowledge and then conned me into signing the paper stating that iit wasn't really a settlement.He SUCKS!
