About Bruce Julian Kitchin

I am a civil litigator and business attorney. I handle business transactions and venture development, real estate easement, injunction, fraud, sales, title, partition, construction, property damage, water, well, bulk sale of business, partnership dissolution, insurance coverage and broker liability, and commercial and residential landlord/tenant matters.

I also do personal injury and wrongful death cases. I have 45 years of experience handling personal injury cases and have settled millions of dollars of cases. My firm works hard to obtain great results for our clients.

I came to this office for help after my father was hit by a car causing him to have severe brain injuries. Mr. Kitchin and his team were honest, very responsive, compassionate, and extremely loyal to my family and I throughout the entire process. My father is a Spanish speaker and the entire team worked with him to ensure that he was well aware of the process, they went above and beyond throughout the entire case to ensure that my father, received the resources that he needed after his tragic incident. For Mr. Kitchin and his team, it is not only about winning the cases, but it is about providing care and support for families and their loved ones. This experience could have been way worse if it wasn’t for Mr. Kitchin and his team guiding us throughout the entirety of the case with an abundance of love and care. Even after the case has been closed and my father has what he needs, Mr.Kitchin still checks in to make sure everything is going smoothly. We are forever grateful!

Never heard back which is a lousy approach and respectless way to treat anybody. How do they expect to help anyone if they do not even respond? People come to them for help, it may br small but they need help.
