Hired Attorney

At a time when there was a great need for services, he was willing to assist in every way possible, and his paralegal, Kathryn Venable went above and beyond the call of duty in regards to providing services and overseeing the welfare of my mother. I am very grateful for his caring and professional demeanor. The emotional issue of aging parents deserves the respectful attitude exuded by this firm. I would highly recommend his services to anyone that is faced with these sensitive responsibilities.

Mr. Hart is an above average lawyer. It took me 6 months to find a lawyer to take care of my Social Security Payments and POA all over the Roanoke Valley. Mr. Hart was the only one that came through for me and so far have very good service for the last 3 years with Mr. Hart and his secretary.
