Sam has earned my respect. Truth and honesty has become hard to find in people. Both come naturally to Sam because they are both a big part of who he is. I had hoped I would never need a lawyer in my lifetime but knew that if I ever did, I would want someone that I could trust, that would explain everything to me and represent me and protect me in my best interests. I am very happy to have him represent me, would ask him again to do so if I needed and would recommend him to anyone that I know.
I found Mr. Lazzarro demonstrated extensive knowledge in the business matters I needed his help in. Always responded to my questions in a courteous and timely fashion.
Mr. Lazzaro and his assistant were very supportive of our situation. The were available for our questions and concerns. Mr. Lazzaro taught us to be patient, which was difficult in our situation. He understood our safety concerns for our child, He knew that patience would bring the outcome that was best for our child. The cost was normal for what we required,. We are the grateful, happy parents of a beautiful daughter. We will never forget the professionalism he showed.
Mr. Lazarro was assigned as my court appointed attorney on a bogus charge in 2017. He seemed disinterested in the case details and even condescending to my questions and concerns. I had checked my court date online and seen it had been postponed. When I asked him confirm it, his response was, "I don't know. Do you believe everything you read on the internet ." I had witnesses to support me in my case and he told me he wasn't going to have them summoned because 'it was pointless and they had nothing to offer". The day of my case, he did NOT defend me in the least. I got the feeling that it was inconveniencing him to have to be there. Unfortunately, the judge found me guilty. I appealed the decision and he seemed to take a little more interest this time and cross examined the prosecuting attorney's witness and had a video supporting my testimony played for the court. This time I won! All in all, though, i found Mr. Lazarro to be a horrible defense attorney.
