Very confident and feel his experience when talking with him.
I sleep well at night knowing that Leonard Williamson is securely behind the scenes of my life managing whatever may need to be done to legally protect me, my assets, and consequently my most valuable relationships. I have complete confidence and trust in his knowledge, professional ability, and personal compassion to direct me in my major life decisions. Saying I highly recommend him and his qualified staff is truly an understatement!
You think the Democrats are bad, just wait until you try working with this guy. This arrogant baffon sides with the opposing attorney to create a hostile environment in the courtroom and in the office. He is slow on responses but he claims he is this high and mighty professional with claims of national fame. Not only will he work behind-the-scenes and work with opposing party without your knowledge but he will do it pro bono to cause more damage to your case and offer sound legal advise to the opposing party if you meet his criteria of being an arrogant man like he is. He will do anything to put a dollar in his pocket including trying to destroy any livlihood you may have. DO NOT HIRE OR USE HIM AS A COURT APPOINTED PC OR ATTORNEY. You've been warned..
Argumentative and arrogant. Diminishes clients who find his service lacking on other sites. He started out as if he knows a lot, but ends up in a pile of fees with no results and defensiveness. To be specific: 1) Did not respond in a timely manner to questions or sometimes not at all. 2) Submitted a hand-written draft of an official court document with lined out words and margin notes. I specifically stated that I wanted to discuss this document and the numbers before submission. 3) Scheduled and rescheduled hearings without consulting me to as to my availability or to even inform me that it had taken place. 4) Did not provide copies of court documents filed, correspondence to/from opposing counsel, nor copies of any discovery items supplied by the petitioner. 5) Failed to inform me of progress in the case, his strategy, what to expect in the process or any options I had available. 6) Sent an email requesting documents that I had sen
Mr. Van Ness failed to address the opposing attorneys misconduct in our matter, & it caused irreparable damage to our case. He took his sweet time in arranging parenting with a child who was being alienated by an extreme abuser: I did not see my child until 16 months into the case. Mr. Van Ness also played around with his invoices & generated very suspicious billing entries. Mr. Van Ness also conducted an improper & undisclosed meeting with the opponent. AVOID this attorney!
