I genuinely want to give Stacy and her firm a five-star review — she clearly has the potential to be an exceptional attorney. Unfortunately, her firm continues to engage in actions that have violated my and my children’s constitutional rights. I’ve made multiple good-faith efforts to communicate with her about these issues, but she has so far refused to hold her staff accountable, and instead has relied on tactics that have suppressed fundamental rights and contributed to procedural violations in two states. I truly hope she turns this situation around, because if she does, she has the potential to be not just a great lawyer, but a super-lawyer — one worthy of far more than five stars. For now, though, I remain cautiously hopeful.
I have witnessed this firm abuse the legal process across two states, to the detriment of the best interests of four children. In doing so, the firm and its attorneys have attempted to suppress the constitutional rights of two of those children. This is not behavior that any law firm should ever endorse. Stacy Regele, as the firm’s lead attorney and namesake, has a professional and ethical obligation to hold her staff and their clients accountable for their actions. The integrity of her firm — and the legal profession itself — depends on it.
This firm has shown a pattern of disregard for ethical and procedural standards, taking actions that have directly harmed children and undermined their constitutional rights. No attorney should ever use the court system this way. As the firm’s lead, Stacy Regele has a duty to correct this conduct, ensure accountability within her staff, and repair the damage done. True professionalism means doing what’s right, not just what’s strategic.
I have paid this firm thousands of dollars and received deeply disappointing results. Despite those costs, their actions have consistently placed strategy and self-interest over ethics, ignoring the best interests of children and even violating basic constitutional rights in the process. The harm caused by this approach has crossed state lines, creating confusion and hardship that never should have occurred. Stacy Regele, as the firm’s owner and lead attorney, needs to take responsibility, hold her staff and clients accountable, and correct the damage her firm’s actions have caused. No family should have to endure what mine has. A law firm should stand for fairness and justice — not contribute to their failure.
This firm has shown a clear disregard for ethics and accountability, taking actions that have caused real harm to families and children. Their conduct has ignored the best interests of the children involved and raised serious concerns about professionalism and respect for constitutional rights. As the firm’s leader, Stacy Regele has a responsibility to correct these failures, hold her staff and clients accountable, and restore integrity to her practice. Families deserve honest advocacy — not tactics that undermine justice.
his firm’s handling of sensitive family matters has been deeply disappointing. Their actions have prolonged conflict instead of resolving it and have shown little regard for the emotional and constitutional rights of the children involved. What’s most troubling is the lack of accountability. Rather than addressing mistakes or correcting course, the firm has continued to justify harmful strategies that no ethical attorney should endorse. I truly hope Stacy Regele takes leadership and restores the professionalism and compassion that her clients and their families deserve.
Clients beware Stacey Regele lied to me and got me to sign something without my knowledge and gave over sole custody to my son father in 2018 I hoping to hold her accountable for fraudulent behavior she needs to be held accountable
