Roger was a real life-saver! I'm so grateful for Roger's expertise and his seasoned hand in the negotiation, and completion of the purchase of a business. And it turns out, he helped to avoid what could have been a major headache down the road. I hadn't had the necessity for an attorney in 4 decades and suddenly within 24 months needed Legal Services 3 times and each time represented fairly scary issues ...but I was assured a quick resolution and Roger was true to his word and hand them handled and behind me post haste .....he was nothing short of AMAZING :0)
