He did not keep in touch in the 2 years I had him. I did get my Disability but I feel I had to do all the running around and getting medical records. I gave him all my medical records, lab reports, x-rays, and scan results that I had before retaining him. He sent me back to a Dr I had already seen and said I had to pay the attorney because he paid for my check up. I have never paid him as I felt he ended up with half of all my settlements, and I haven't heard a word from him since.
