Hired Attorney Mr. Kevin Swanson

Kevin has been our attorney for over 20 years helping us with various issues and has always been very professional. He explains the process very clearly so we know what to expect, we have never lost a case with Kevin as our attorney. He is very knowledgeable, fair and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Kevin!!

Hired Attorney Mr. Kevin Swanson

Kevin did not prepare for my high conflict family law case. The petitioners attorney spent almost triple the amount of hours preparing for our case. I provided Kevin with all necessary information to help him basically defend and represent me and he did nothing except show up in court. The case was just about money for him as he traveled to Portland from Salem for our hearings. He then dropped me the minute we lost in court stating that I owed him more money. Unprofessional!!!!

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

Lawyers who have received peer reviews after 2009 will display more detailed information, including practice areas, summary ratings, detailed numeric ratings and written feedback (if available). Details for individual reviews received before 2009 are not displayed.

Attorneys that receive reviews from their peers, but not a sufficient number to establish a Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating, will have those reviews display on our websites.
