Hired Attorney Keith Daniel Karnes

Keith Karnes helped me with a consumer matter. He did a wonderful job! He answered all of my questions during my free consultation and helped me understand and choose my best legal option. He kept me informed through every step of my case. He was even able to get his attorney fees paid by the other side and so I did not have to pay him. He quickly produced the outcome that I wanted. I highly recommend him.

Hired Attorney Keith Daniel Karnes

Keith is knowledgeable about Bankruptcy but his customer service is very poor. Once our bankruptcy was actually filed he has been IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of. I have to call every week for at least three weeks and leave a message with his secretary to even get close to having my questions answered. Most recently I have had a question directly related to our case and have left four messages and one email directly to Keith. Still no response. I am very frustrated and feel trapped.
