Hired Attorney Mr. Rick Glantz

He only talked to me 3 times over the phone. It would take weeks to get a response. when asked to help me understand the process, he just lowered my settlement demand. Then when i suggested that my case was worth more and i wanted to fight for it, he quit. I would never recommend him.

Hired Law Firm

They are NOT customer focused. They sat on my case week after week. No calls, updates, or anything. If I didn't call them I would never know that the case was in the same position on their desk.untouched. They promised each time I called to send out the paperwork and when I call back two weeks later, it still was not done. They complain about being so busy. Apparently my case was too small to deserve their attention.
