Talked a good show until we got to litigation, he then let his associate handle most of the questioning and he acted as if he had no interest in the case, as if he'd been bought off.
He seemed to always be in a big hurry. I felt like he was usually talking down to me and seemed frustrated if I didn't understand something. I also found myself doing some of the work I felt he should be doing. He is really quite expensive and I didn't feel he really worked, or tried very hard at all, to help me win. I did lose. I must admit though, the court system was really a poor, poor, joke! The judge went against three OR statutes, and Children Services who did look into everything.
