I found him to be open, listens to his clients, friendly and laid back and that is what I was looking for. Occasionally he was a bit slow to respond to a question, but always followed through on his intentions he voiced to me. I did like that he would take his own calls and I was not charged for phone calls. He was fair in his fees and was prompt in getting my settlement to me when it arrived. I could talk with him and know he listened. I would use him again.
I feel the outcome could have been more beneficial, but Brady did a good job with what he had to work with. It's not his fault that Insurance companies seem to be above the law.
Did not fully disclose that that the case had a major flaw. Insisted in wasting tons of money for expert this and that and would not even accept simple financial documents given to him by client(s). Just a billing/fee generator attorney. When he could no longer hire any more experts on my dime he resigned. Not really in if for his clients.
Rude and argumentative. Doesn't respond promptly nor complete tasks in reasonable time frame. When I had an issue with completion timeframe, I was talked down to. I wasn't taken seriously and won't use him again.
