He was rude. Talked down to me and didn't listen. He didn't advise me on stopping my child support payments when my ex was found to be assaulting our son. He told me "just stop" he told me I didn't need to do anything to finalize the emergency order as long as my ex didn't respond... Also wrong. He told me I couldn't ask for child support until after the criminal hearing. That cost me a lot because guess what that was also WRONG. I gave him a copy of our divorce decree and it states I have custody. I told him 3x no I already have custody. He charged me to write up custody paperwork. I would call and call and it was always. My office person is on vacation I will get back to you... 1300 dollars later and he told me to go to the child support office and that he didn't need to help me further... He scammed me and slow played. He gave bad advice and stole my money

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
