Mike is amazing! I live in Washington state and a few years ago another Ohio lawyer and a former customer of mine had conspired to destroy my life and steal my assets. They had gotten a default judgement against me without my knowledge for almost $300,000. They then got a foreign judgement transferred to Washington state. I called this place in May of 2023 for a phone consultation. I had been fired shortly after getting pregnant with twins. After the consult, an attorney emailed me their contract to go over and sign in order to HIRE them and move forward to open a case against my employer. I chose NOT to. They keep sending me bills - I have called them and left numerous voicemails with no response. I finally got through to someone today. She said she had tried calling me back a few times but I must not have my voicemails set up - I have never received a call from their office since I've left voicemails this year, and I do indeed have my voicemails set up. I regularly get voicemails from plenty of other people and businesses. The woman I spoke with today told me multiple times that I am getting this bill because I had hired them - but I did not. No work was done. Nothing was filed. A case was never opened. Do not recommend.
