Jack is pretty good about communications via e-mail. He's not so easy to get hold of by telephone. He's a very personable fellow.

I cannot recommend Jack. He is more than personable, seems so compassionate, and yet managed to take hundreds of thousands of dollars from our estate. So shocked and disheartened--appalled.

Hired Attorney Tamira T. Cason

Hired to do web design prior to her obtaining a law degree. She was paid over $1,800 and after 3 meetings insisted “the company needed to write our own jargon to execute and finish website. Unfortunately, my writing was not enough and lacked specificity. She could not finish the site…to this day, and never reimbursed nor felt the professional duty or need to move it to an editor, writer, anyone who could assist to finish and launch site. While it’s been over 20 years, you can run but you shall not hide. You took our money and you know it. Shame on you.

Hired Attorney Marco Dolfi

Avoid at all costs! At first, he says all the right things that he will do for you. But then he doesn’t do anything. He lies a lot and bills for time not worked. I used him to draft a lease for a business I was starting and he did not get it done in time. I lost the space. One thing to add is he speaks of others behind their back. I don’t understand why he would tell me about details of other people’s cases. That means he would do that with my information. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

I originally went to Jerry Udell because I got 2 endorsement from prominent professionals in the area. If you are looking for someone that works for the bank but charges you this is your guy. When you first meet Jerry he will look down his nose through his glasses and in a condescending tone tell you what he does not do. He will the push his glasses up and with some lame humor tell you what he will do including all his fees and charges. Once he has collected his fees and charges he will tell you to take care regardless of the results. Nobody on this legal team has any empathy or compassion for their clients. I would not recommend them to fix a speeding ticket. This was the most stressful legal experience of my life
