This racist piece of s#$@ needs to be disbarred and prosecuted. He blatantly allowed a white woman (Nicole Painter) to harass and demean a black man (Gregory Holsey) and his family. After calling me, my wife, my 14 year old son, AND my 3 year old granddaughter various forms of the "N" word...she finally got smacked in the mouth. But like a typical "Karen" she called the police. After ADMITTING to the multiple "N" words IN THE POLICE REPORT...good ole' boy Sauter STILL hasn't charged her with MCL 750.147b ( ethnic intimidation) which happens to be a FELONY hate crime. Well Mr. Sauter....be seeing you REAL SOON! Can't wait to see what charges you come up with this time.
This man cares nothing for truth. He tore into my dying father over a loan he takes every year for 17 years, a loan only a person who didn't look up the history of would be suspicious. Despite repeated attempts to tell him HE WAS WRONG AND BLEW UP MY LIFE AND DESTROYED MY FAMILY OVER A FALSE ACCUSATION, A MALICIOUS PROSECUTION, he dug in on his lies and refused to acknowledge it. They had my family evicted in January and stopped paying my father 's life insurance after 40 years he's had it, AFTER HE CODED, LITERALLY DIED TWICE, and put him in a facility far away with no phone in his room, no phone paid for so his cell didn't work, and froze his assets losing his insurance, which covered the $5000 a month co pay on these facilities that go up to $30,000 a month. They then arrived at a figure of $750 in overdraft fees over years, bound a felony case over that, less than a felony amount, but magically added a round $1000 to the sum to make it more "felonious". You lied and destroyed us
