Wahzma is the lawyer that you should hire for your next case. She is an amazing person that will work very hard to win your case. She is a very kind hearted individual that will take the time to listen to every detail about your case. I hired Wahzma originally to fight my custody case for my son, I was very nerves about loosing my son but Wahzma set times for me to meet with her to explain exactly what was going to go on in the court room and gave me motivation that she will win my case.
After roughly 2 yrs of dealing with this attorney, experiencing such poor representation, ignoring "costly" significant emails, I wonder how I allowed myself to deal with this utter insanity for so long. She pushed continuance after continuance, getting no further in the case, other than huge expense! Wazhma lacked care, concern, was irritated when "politely" asked her a question via email (yet, the emails cost me, so I refrained to only significant questions). I had emailed her, very concerned about a failed (expensive) deposition and subpoena that we initiated, yet the 2 parties would not comply. I asked her if it was legal for them to not comply since I was told these documents are considered court ordered. She would not respond, several days later, I let her know that I was having anxiety and sleepless nights over the lack of communication. She finally responded back, yet telling me she was discontinuing representation because she did not agree with my concerns.
