Tom successfully represented my company in defending against the protest of the award of a major state contract to my company. There were very short time lines for mastering the facts and submitting numerous pleadings. Tom was very responsive to client needs and demands, sensitive to the many different personalities that made up the internal fact finding and in-house legal teams, and respectful to the state attorneys. The quality of the legal research and pleadings was outstanding.
