Mr. Kitay and individuals in his office are very professional and always available to answer questions. I couldn't recommend anyone else nor would I ever seek other counsel.

I hired this lawyer for a child custody and support case. He was almost late to court and when he did arrive he was more concerned about a phone call he was waiting for then my case. they didn't file the paperwork on time and charged me 100$ for a income and expense form that i filled out. I called his office 5 times to just leave messages and get no calls returned. when he was in court he wasn't prepared and i had to do most of the talking. the office is not nice and the staff is rude.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
