Hired Attorney

This arbitrator was such a a disaster he should immediately be disbarred for the irreparable harm he caused me at an arbitration hearing!! He was so smitten with the opposing council that it was nauseating. He didn't weigh any of my evidence which was compelling and cracked jokes at my expense with opposing council. I have filed a complaint with the state bar! He should be disbarred and ordered to pay me for his incompetence concerning my case!!

Hired Attorney

This person was an arbitrator at a hearing I was involved with and the level of prejudice this guy exuded was palpable! He was so friendly with defense, oohing and aahing at their credentials etc. He even cozied up with the defense team after the hearing and I don't know if he was discussing my case or not? He didn't allow me to speak and explain a statute, as a matter of fact he laughed at me when I brought up the statute! This so-called arbitrator even listened to my co-horts testimony and still didn't include it in his award notice. We had all documents to back up our statements. This was a travesty of justice!
