I am documenting serious misconduct by attorney Matthew Ritchie, supported by evidence and ongoing cases. His convicted felon client claimed Ritchie was retained on my behalf and instructed me to answer his daily blocked calls. Instead of assisting, Ritchie deleted evidence from my Zotero account to make me appear unstable, while asking for login access under false pretenses. He cropped text screenshots to portray me as “dangerous.” Sacramento police uncovered a fabricated restraining order he filed using my landlord’s address, altering my race and birthdate to bypass sheriff delivery; they opened a case and refused to serve it. Ritchie then filed duplicate orders with unlawful move‑out provisions. During this time, I was nearly abducted by an armed man who broke into my property after Ritchie and his client gave him my gate code. I also have video evidence of another man screaming outside and attempting to open my gate. Ritchie’s misconduct has put my life in significant danger.
